We offer shipping across India. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 7-8 working days. Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen conditions.
We do not accept general returns. All our products are thoroughly checked and are not dispatched in broken, damaged, or defective condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may request a replacement only if:
1. You record a full unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
2. The damage is clearly visible in the video.
3. You share this video with us within 24 hours of delivery.
4. If the customer creates the design himself at the time of order booking and asks for changes in the design after the order is booked to soshokart, then the same will not be changed.
📌 Note: No return or replacement will be accepted without the unboxing video. Only damaged products shown in the unboxing video will be eligible for replacement.We value your privacy. All personal information you share with us is used only to fulfill your orders and enhance your shopping experience. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
We accept secure online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and wallets. All transactions are encrypted and safe. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
